Welcome to Integrated Senses—where compassionate, personalized care supports your child’s pelvic health journey.
Why Pediatric Pelvic Floor Therapy?
Many children face challenges with potty training, constipation, accidents, bedwetting, frequent UTIs, pelvic pain and menstruation discomfort. These issues are often connected to the muscles that support the bladder, colon, and core. When these muscles aren’t working well together, it can affect your child’s comfort and confidence.
At Integrated Senses, therapy focuses on posture, muscle coordination, and breath control to support your child’s whole-body health. Using playful, developmentally appropriate strategies, your child will learn how their body works and how to care for it—building strength and comfort from the inside out.

Compassionate care for sensitive challenges
Issues like potty training, accidents, constipation, and UTIs can feel overwhelming and personal. Reaching out is a brave step and a meaningful gift to your child. Here, every child and family is treated with respect, kindness, and understanding. Therapy moves at your child’s pace, prioritizing comfort and emotional safety.
Getting Started Is Simple
In New Jersey, a referral isn’t required to begin occupational therapy—so your child’s journey can start whenever you’re ready.
However, if your child is currently under the care of a urologist, gastroenterologist, or gynecologist, Integrated Senses is happy to collaborate with their medical team to ensure coordinated, whole-child support.
We can also help you communicate your child’s needs to teachers, caregivers, and other support staff—creating consistency across home, school, and daily routines so your child feels supported in every setting.
